Getting started
Which labs is Qrynto Tech for?
Pathology and diagnostic labs, hospital labs, collection centres and multi-branch lab chains. It works for a single location and scales as you add branches.
How long does it take to go live?
Most labs are live within 3 to 5 working days. We configure your tests and rates, migrate your data and train your staff.
Can you move data from our current software?
Yes. Migration of patients, tests and rate lists is part of onboarding at no extra charge.
Features
Does it connect to our analysers?
Yes. Results come in directly from supported machines and are checked against reference ranges automatically.
How do patients get their reports?
As soon as a pathologist approves a report, a PDF is sent on WhatsApp or SMS. The referring doctor can receive a copy too.
Can we use it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Qrynto Tech is cloud-based and works in the browser on laptops, tablets and phones.
Data & compliance
Is it ready for NABL accreditation?
Yes. It keeps a full audit trail, supports validation and approval workflows, and includes documentation templates for NABL requirements.
How is patient data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit with SSL, access is controlled by user role, backups run daily, and the platform has a 99.9% uptime SLA.
